Project Description
The development is an eight-story student housing complex with a total gross floor area of 271,000 sq. ft. It will provide 548 beds and feature 76 enclosed parking spaces, including four ADA-accessible spots. The parking area will have two-way circulation aisles, accessed via a driveway with parking gates leading to School Street.
